Reflection

1. What outcomes do you expect from this workshop?
Learning about the characteristics that every good facilitator should have. How to plan and organize good workshop where everybody would feel comfortable and free to express themselves. Putting the idea of life long learning as the leading role for every teacher in our schools to prepare students for the tomorrow life. Making the first step in such a big project.
2. How do you expect this workshop to influence your professional growth?
- Increasing my ability for facilitate, improving my abilities to work and participate in a team. Developing skills for assessing my work and self reflection to be a better leader of my student. I think that until the end of this workshop this list of self reflection would be longer.

Today, as part of the BLUE team, you were really great in summarizing together with the team lots of different words into one definition, I think it’s very important for a facilitator to work interactively in a team, to actively listen and openly share ideas for better solutions.

Wowow these are perfect expectations! When John and I started designing this activity we had your expectations and needs in mind. We hope that we are able to meet your expectations and help you enhance your natural capacity. This is only a start in a life-long process of growth and change. Learning, although it is a very private and personal process, is accelerated when it is carried with colleagues. It has been wonderful having you at this workshop!
